SHIFT unlimited’s executive offsites are immersive, co-created retreats designed for 'intact' senior leadership teams. They create the space to step away from operational noise and focus on what really matters: team alignment, courageous conversations, and long-term strategic clarity.

 

Delivered quarterly across a 12-month journey, each offsite is designed around the needs of the team — with SHIFT unlimited bringing in practical frameworks, an enjoyable and challenging learning experience, and powerful facilitation.

 

This programme often runs alongside SHIFT2transform one-to-one coaching to deepen individual and collective growth. Onsite shadow coaching can also be integrated as needed.

Scaling a U.S. biomass organisation 

 

SHIFT unlimited was brought in by a private equity partner to support the executive team of a U.S. biomass firm preparing for rapid scale-up. With several leadership vacancies still open, they embraced the principle of “start before you are ready.”

 

SHIFT unlimited delivered a 12-month development programme, including monthly one-to-one coaching and quarterly offsites:

SHIFT unlimited was invited to support the senior team of a UAE based global energy transition business through major disruption — including the oil price crash, COVID-19, and a high-stakes merger and aquistion.

The team undertook SHIFT2transform one-one coaching and participated in quarterly executive offsites to stay connected, adaptive, and aligned through crisis.
