It is fair to say that globally, anxiety levels are rising. Mental, physical and emotional health is wavering. Many are working longer hours, blending the work/home boundaries, reshaping businesses to survive, losing sleep in the search for short term liquidity.   Some unable to work, are observing in solidarity.  We are all impacted by the current crisis, and we can all impact how we emerge from it.

 

Delivered through twelve relevant, short and impactful live virtual workshops, this accelerated bootcamp will give you the tools, techniques and strategies to thrive as you navigate life and leadership through these times.

Gaining a deeper understanding of your own unique approaches to a situation. applying a theory of evolutionary development.

Making a virtual working environment work.

Practical ideas to implement immediately to ensure a productive working day for both yourself and your colleagues.

WEEK 3

Leading others through this.

Helping others to remain connected and engaged whilst in a virtual or furloughed environment.

WEEK 5

Inner and outer narratives.

Developing a greater appreciation for the contagion of language, thoughts, behaviours, emotions.

WEEK 4

New habits and behaviours to stay sane.

Practical ways to manage your physical, mental and emotional health so you can live and lead through this crisis.

WEEK 6

High stakes behaviours.

Your heroic behaviour when under significant pressure or stress. Understanding and working with your own high stakes behaviour.

WEEK 7

Facing your Shadow.

Understanding, discovering and accepting your own shadow behaviours and how they rear their face during times of pressure, stress and crisis.

WEEK 9

The Laws and presuppositions of how to live and lead in a VUCA world.

Adopting a series of beliefs that will liberate you to live with freedom and accountability.

WEEK 8

Feel the fear and lean it.

Discovering the neuroscience behind anxiety and fear and learning techniques to release old unhelpful emotions that stop you from being at your best right now. 

WEEK 10

Our seven bodies – living in a more connected way.

Connecting to the seven subtle layers of your body, making sense of current life on many dimensions. For those keen, you will also experience how to do dream interpretation in this session. 

WEEK 11

Business not as usual.

When the doors to the office re-open, and the current restrictions are lifted, you must be prepared for business to be different than it ever has before.

The new world views.

Leadership behaviours that will be needed in the new world of work that is emerging.
